SHIPPING:

CityGolf Boston strives to be your first choice for golf merchandise. We ship all orders via UPS Ground and usually within 24 hours for in-stock merchandise. Orders received will ship the following business day. Most purchases will usually arrive within six (6) business days of the day the order is received. Out-of-stock merchandise will usually arrive within ten (10) business days. For your convenience, we will email you a tracking number for you to check the status of your order. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so please provide a street address to ensure you receive your order.

Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box! Feel free to check your tracking numbers at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

RETURN POLICY: All returned orders must have a return authorization number. Any orders returned without a return authorization number may not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to call CityGolf Boston and get a return authorization number. Our number is (617) 357-4653.

Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange or provide store credit for the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All products must be unused and in perfect condition, (in original boxes whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to insure full credit. Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, however, we cannot accept returns on used clubs, opened software, opened cassette tapes, opened compact discs, opened videos, any special order merchandise, or discounted items. NOTE: When shipping the product back to us, you should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered. It is also a good idea to insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY: It is the responsibility of the customer to Call CityGolf at the number listed above in order to cancel an order. E-mails are not accepted as cancellations. If the product ships prior to the cancellation, the above return policy then becomes effective. If a customer refuses an order shipped by any of our shipping vendors, the price of shipping to the customer and back to the vendor will be the responsibility of the customer. This amount will not be refunded.

All custom orders are final. Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled.

Manufacturer Warranty: All products sold by CityGolf Boston also carry the manufacturer warranties, which may further enhance the exchange and return privileges of each product you purchase. These warranties protect you from basic defects and failure in use.
